Delivery Policy
How and when we deliver downloads, branded promotional products and completed project work, and what it costs.

How and when you receive what you have bought. We deliver throughout South Africa.
1. Downloadable toolkits
- Delivered immediately, as soon as payment is confirmed.
- The download link appears on the order confirmation screen and is emailed to you.
- It is also stored permanently under Downloads in your account, so you can fetch it again later.
- Card and Instant EFT payments confirm within seconds. A manual EFT confirms once the funds reflect, usually one to two working days.
- Each file may be downloaded up to three times. Need more? Email us and we will reset it.
- Delivery cost: free. There is nothing to ship.
If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email support@solisandluna.co.za and we will send it directly.
2. Branded promotional products
Timeline
- Artwork proof — within 1 to 2 working days of your order.
- Production — begins once you approve the proof. Nothing is branded before that.
- Branding and dispatch — typically 7 to 10 working days from proof approval.
- Courier transit — 1 to 3 working days to major centres, 3 to 5 to outlying areas.
So a typical branded order arrives roughly 10 to 15 working days after you place it. Large runs, multiple product lines or specialised branding methods take longer, and we will tell you the expected date in writing before you commit.
Cost
Delivery is quoted at checkout based on weight, volume and destination. Promotional goods are bulky, so we quote the real cost rather than absorbing it into the unit price. Collection can be arranged by agreement.
Tracking and receipt
- We email a tracking number on dispatch.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery at the address given.
- Please open and check the goods on arrival, and tell us within 7 days if anything is wrong.
- If a delivery fails because nobody was there, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Delays outside our control
Courier delays, supplier stock-outs, load shedding affecting production, and national disruptions do happen. We will tell you as soon as we know and give you a revised date. Where a delay is substantial you may cancel and be refunded in full, provided branding has not yet been applied.
3. Websites, e-commerce stores and custom software
- Business website — approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the day we have your content.
- E-commerce store — approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the day we have your content and product information.
- Custom software — quoted per project and delivered in phases, each with its own date in the proposal.
Content is almost always what determines the timeline. We will tell you exactly what we need at the start, and the clock effectively starts when we have it.
You see progress throughout on a private staging link. “Delivery” means the site is live on your domain, on hosting in your name, with a walkthrough completed and the source files handed over.
4. Areas we deliver to
Physical goods are couriered anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship promotional products outside South Africa. Downloads and project work have no geographic limit.
