Toolkits & templates

The documents we were asked for so often that we wrote them down properly. POPIA, ITIL 4 and ISO/IEC 20000 — built for South African businesses, written to be adopted rather than decoded.

Before you buy

These are templates you adapt, not advice you follow. They are written for a typical South African business and cannot know how yours operates. You are responsible for reading each document against your own circumstances and amending it — the wording, the periods, the responsibilities and the statutory references — before you rely on any part of it. Where a decision carries real legal or financial exposure, have a qualified professional review it first.

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If a document is faulty, materially wrong or not what this page described, tell us and we will correct it or refund you in full.

Each toolkit is licensed for use inside one business. You may adapt it, put your own logo on it and use it internally as much as you like. You may not resell it, publish it, or pass it to another company as your own work.

If a download does not arrive or will not open, email support@solisandluna.co.za and we will sort it out — you are not buying a file and hoping.

Questions about the toolkits

How do I get the file after paying?

Immediately. The download link appears on the order confirmation screen and is emailed to you, and it also lives permanently under Downloads in your account. Solis & Luna releases the file the moment payment clears — with Instant EFT or card that is seconds, not days.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes — that is the point of them. Adapt the wording, add your logo and make them yours. The licence covers unlimited internal use within one business. It does not permit reselling or republishing them.

Is this legal advice?

No. These are practical working documents drawn from POPIA, ITIL 4 and ISO/IEC 20000, and they cover what most South African SMEs need. Where a decision carries real legal exposure, have an attorney or a qualified compliance professional review it against your specific circumstances.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital downloads cannot be returned once delivered, so we do not refund on change of mind. If a file is faulty, wrong or does not match what this page describes, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Can you help us implement it?

Yes. The toolkits are the do-it-yourself route. If you would rather we did the work, Solis & Luna offers POPIA compliance programmes, ITSM setup and ITIL 4 process design as consulting engagements — the toolkit price comes off the quote.

A short message is enough to start. A person reads every enquiry and replies within one working day — and if we are not the right fit for your project, we will say so instead of selling you something.
